I read Men's Health a lot myself. My only problem is they tend to recommend a lot of homeopathy and accupuncture and other pseudoscience b.s. A lot of their exercises are also geared towards guys that are already in decent shape, not lard butts like us that need to lose 100 lbs or more. I use it for motivational ideas.
